WeldenField has focused in the areas of land development; multifamily, residential and hotel development; construction and management; property management; mortgage lending and servicing operations. Over the last decade their investments and operations have expanded into venture capital, private equity and other operating businesses such as Jones Valley Fabricating and business as mission investments.

WeldenField & Rowe Custom Homes is a partnership between WeldenField Development and Brian Rowe, a lifetime resident of Hampton Roads with over 30 years of custom home building and development experience.  Brian Rowe has built over 600 homes in Virginia that serve as a testament to the quality of construction, maintainability, and timeless curb appeal that this partnership seeks to maintain.

The Orchards Group introduced its first of many active adult communities in North Atlanta in 1998. Since then, The Orchards Group has built more than 2,600 homes and has developed a strong reputation for truly putting its customers’ needs first.
