The Holiday Inn in Tallahassee, Florida is a 103 unit full service hotel. This is a joint venture with a subsidiary of Protective Life Insurance. SHS's responsibilities included project management during the development process and operating the property following it opening to the public in December 2018.

This property opened in June of 2009 and received superior reviews from its investors, Hyatt and guest to include ranking #1 in Hyatt's Guest Service Ranker at the time of its sale.

This property was co-developed and operated by SHS for two years following its opening in November 2007. SHS ramped up and stabilized this property in preparation for Gulf Coast Lodging, Inc. to self-manage. Sleep Inn & Suites was recognized by Choice Hotels as a Gold Award Winner for both of the years SHS provided management of its operation.
This Holiday Inn Express is a 120 room property that SHS operated under a short term turnaround agreement in 2000. SHS secured the property and implemented policies and procedures that allowed the owner to resume operation.
117 room Ascend Collection hotel on the Mississippi River in Vicksburg, MS. This property was built by Harrah's in 1993 and operated as a hotel and casino. Vicksburg Hotel, LLC purchased the property in the fall of 2013 and with assistance from SHS reopened the property in May of 2014 as the Portofino Hotel.
