Steven Hydinger

Steven earned a B.S. from the University of Alabama with a major in Finance and a minor in Spanish. He started BREC Development, LLC in 2004 in conjunction with the Welden Field companies.  Since that time, BREC has refinanced and renovated over 50 properties consisting of over 3,000 units in both the affordable and conventional markets.  He currently leads acquisitions, dispositions and is involved in developing new conventional apartments focusing in the southeast.
