Tom Dalton

Finance Director

Since 2007, Tom has served as Finance Director for BREC Development, LLC with primary responsibilities in the areas of new deal processing, financial modeling, construction financial processing and operational financial management. Prior to joining BREC, he served as President/Owner of Dalton Financial Group, a single family real estate investment and property management company, with responsibilities in the areas of new business development, property renovations, operations management and property management.

In 1988, Tom graduated from North Georgia College and State University *The University of North Georgia* with Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Marketing. In 1993, he received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alabama. He has three children and enjoys working out, yard work and spending time with his family.

Tom also spent many years in the banking industry serving as a commercial credit analyst and commercial lending officer for a variety of banks including NationsBank (now Bank of America), Colonial Bank, Compass Bank and First National Bank of Gainesville, Georgia (now Regions Bank).
