Leasing office now open and accepting applications for Residences at the Green, a 300-unit apartment community adjoining The Green at Lakewood Ranch.

Lakewood Ranch, FL – SPM, LLC announces the opening of the Leasing Center for Residences at The Green, Lakewood Ranch’s newest luxury apartment community slated to open October 2019.  Bringing luxury and innovation to this master-planned community, Residents at the Green offers spacious one, two and three bedroom homes and an ideal location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues, as well as easy access to miles of running and bike trails.

The only multifamily community at The Green at Lakewood Ranch, Residence at The Green is being developed in partnership with Lakewood Ranch, Tavistock Development Company and BREC Development, LLC- a Welden Field Company. The general contractor for the project is Walker & Company and architect is Fugleberg Koch. Property management services are provided by SPM, LLC.
